Daulet D.
What if the things that watch us could remember us? Daulet D. is an independent author from Almaty, Kazakhstan, and the creator of the POV: I Am… Universe, a collection of human stories told through impossible perspectives. In his fiction, a train falls in love with its only passenger. A virus lives inside the child it is slowly destroying. A smartphone remembers what its owner tries to forget. Even silence begins to speak. His stories explore memory, love, loss, family, and what it means to be human when everything is changing. At their center are ordinary human lives, seen through the eyes of the things, emotions, and unseen forces that quietly witness them. Daulet studied in Tokyo at Japan's National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies. He is also the author of AQSU, KÖK TÖBE, and LEPSY. Some stories don't just tell you who you are. They stay. And sometimes they watch you back.

Deana Ray Agon
Deana Ray Agon first came to wider attention through her short fiction, where she developed a reputation for exploring sexuality, power, intimacy, and the complicated psychology behind desire. Her profile grew significantly with The Rule of Pleasure and its interactive offshoot, The Indulgence Trials, which introduced her work to a broader audience, particularly within kink and alternative-lifestyle communities. Rather than treating unconventional sexuality as spectacle, Agon’s writing is grounded in consent, communication, and the emotional realities that exist beneath the surface of sexual experience. Whether writing fiction or working with personal narratives such as Between Power and Silence, Agon is less interested in judging unconventional desire than in understanding the people who live it—and in exploring the psychological spaces where pleasure, responsibility, intimacy, and consequence meet.

Deborah Griffin Hawke
I write fantasy about women who discover that the stories their grandmothers told them may not have been stories after all. My books blend folklore, inherited magic, family secrets, and contemporary life—with women who have accumulated enough years and experience to know that discovering magic doesn't make the ordinary complications of life disappear. Before turning my attention to fiction, I spent much of my career in higher education, where I learned that people are considerably more complicated than any character a novelist could invent. That probably explains why I'm as interested in what magic does to people and relationships as I am in the magic itself. I write as Deborah Griffin Hawke. The Enchanted Legacy of Elizabeth Marchand begins my Lore of the Grandmothers series, followed by The Secrets of the Thistle & Shield. If you like folklore that wanders into the present day, old family mysteries, female friendships, a little danger, and the occasional small dog who may be considerably more than he appears, you'll probably feel at home in my books.

Elizabeth Castleton
Elizabeth Castleton was born in a small, picturesque little village in the middle of England, not far from the Welsh border. She spent most of her childhood wandering through the long grass, climbing trees, and paddling in brooks, while gathering up wild watercress to feed to her pet rabbits. Almost from day one, she became passionately obsessed with the written word; as well as the delightful escape that only a good book can provide, far away from the stresses and strains of day-to-day life. If that book just happens to come with a crackling fire, a nice warm blanket, and a big block of galaxy milk chocolate then all the better! Today, she resides in Abruzzo, Central Italy, in an old stone farmhouse, which she is in the seemingly never-ending process of renovating. The house sits on the very edge of the Gran Sasso National Park and is smack dab in the middle of an untamed wilderness full of wild boar, wolves, the occasional bear, and a whole host of incredibly adorable vegetable-stealing porcupines. She surrounds herself as much as possible with nature and her ragtag troupe of rescue animals of all different shapes and sizes; spending her free time creating or roaming the countryside with her large white dog, in search of peace and her wayward muse. As well as crafting stories packed with love and adventure, she also works as an editor and freelance artist, as well as scribbling down poetry whenever inspiration happens to sweep through her life. Some of her favourite books feature intelligent and free spirited heroines, brave warriors, enigmatic lords, and as much angst as it is humanely possible to squeeze between the two covers of a book! With so many wonderful, beloved tropes to choose from and a whole host yet to be discovered, she hopes to get chance to write them all in the years to come.
