I’m Carly, an indie fantasy author from California! Important things to know about me include: I write books, I love cats, and I grow plants! I’m a horticulturist by trade and that’s my excuse for having an absurd number of houseplants. My completed adventure fantasy series, the Sky Queen Trilogy, is (so far) my proudest accomplishment: it is the result of loving fantasy books since I was a tiny little kid, plus 10 years of doing the hard work of writing, editing, and publishing. I also love practicing archery, going on road trips up and down California, and riding horses when I get the chance!
