IndieFiction

Our story

A real chance to be discovered.

IndieFiction exists to help authors not just publish their books, but be found — supported not only while publishing, but long after their book goes live.

Why IndieFiction exists

IndieFiction was started by Abhishek Aggarwal, an independent author who published his own book, Me for Myself.

He learned the hard way that writing the book is only half the journey. The real challenge began after publication — formatting, platforms, promotion, and above all, visibility. The landscape was scattered with expensive services and confusing advice.

So he built the place he wished he'd had: one that helps indie authors get discovered, with honest guidance and no gatekeeping.

What we stand for

Publishing, simplified

We make getting found clearer, more accessible, and far less intimidating.

Community, not commerce

We build a community of authors helping authors — not a storefront of upsells.

No hidden costs

No surprise fees, no pressure to sign up. Free exposure means free.

Support past publish day

Writing the book is half the journey. We're here for everything after.

100,000

books we want the IndieFiction community to sell, together.

“You don't need a big publisher. You don't need a large budget. You need the right information and a place that supports you.”
