C. E. Bingham spent four decades as a software developer, watching technology evolve from simple tools into something woven into nearly every part of our lives. That experience—and a longtime fascination with human behavior and the unintended consequences of innovation—eventually led him to fiction. His debut novel, Death Date, explores a deceptively simple question: What would happen if technology could tell you the exact date and time you were going to die? He lives in Texas with his wife, Connie, and is currently working on what comes next.
