THE DARKNESS OF THE PLACE AND THE BEGINNING OF THE NIGHTMARE: Volume II

About the book

The siren has kept the dead away. But it cannot sound forever. For weeks, Mohammed and his family have survived behind locked doors, surrounded by a city filled with the dead. Every night, a distant siren draws the creatures toward the eastern edge of the city, leaving the survivors one fragile chance to live. Then Abu Fadi delivers a terrifying warning: the tower has only nine days left. When the siren stops earlier than expected, the rules of survival begin to collapse. With children, the elderly, and the wounded depending on them, Mohammed, Ahmed, and the others must leave the safety of their home and face a city where every street could become a trap. But the dead are not the only danger. A ruthless force has its own plans for the survivors, and the sound that once protected them may become the weapon used to destroy them. In a world where even breathing can give you away, silence may be the only thing keeping you alive. THE DARKNESS OF THE PLACE: VOLUME TWO – THE SIREN is a gripping post-apocalyptic horror novel about family, sacrifice, fear, and the fight to remain human when the world has fallen.
