About the author
Damiam V. Henry is a South African writer, artist, podcaster, and contemplative thinker. Born in Bonteheuwel, Cape Town, on 24 October 1990, his work primarily explores themes of freedom, identity, inner healing, and humanity's spiritual union with God. [1, 2] Creative and Spiritual Work Podcasting: He is the creator and host of platforms like The Mustard Creed Podcast, Colouredbuddha Media, and The Spirit of D podcast where he discusses spiritual awakening and challenges traditional fear-based religious beliefs.
