My Girl from Another World

About the book

Maria Aves is 28, Brazilian, bisexual, and about to go on her first date with another woman. Then she gets into the wrong Uber. Instead of arriving at her date, Maria finds herself in an alternate world where men don’t exist. There, she meets Lilith Abbadon, a mysterious agent who takes her into custody. Between political intrigue, dangerous secrets, strange creatures, and an increasingly complicated attraction, Maria discovers that getting home might not be her biggest problem. My Girl from Another World combines sapphic romance, bisexual self-discovery, mystery, forced proximity, and Brazilian humor. Written by Brazilian indie author Francine Maia, the English edition is available on Amazon Kindle.
