The Weipa Crocodile trilogy

About the book

In Weipa, the most dangerous predators walk on two legs. The Weipa Crocodile Trilogy follows Bruce Hudson, a proud Wik-Mungkan man navigating family loyalties, buried secrets and the consequences of choices made long ago. Set against the heat, isolation and rugged beauty of Cape York, the series traces Bruce’s powerful journey towards redemption as the past reaches into the present. The crocodile is metaphorical, representing the human predators who remain hidden, watching and waiting for the right moment to strike. Dark, atmospheric and distinctly Australian, the trilogy explores identity, justice, belonging and the courage required to face the truth.
