I’m Fiona Myers, a UK-based indie author with a love for psychological horror, dark fiction, and stories that leave you questioning what’s real long after you’ve turned the final page. My writing explores obsession, trauma, fractured relationships, isolation, and the darker corners of the human mind—usually with a surreal, unsettling, or technological twist. I’m the author of Play With Me, the first book in The Creator Files, a psychological horror series built around a seemingly innocent life-simulation game where creating the wrong character can have very real—and deadly—consequences. I’ve also written Into Your Being, Feast of Shadows: Dining with the Beast Within, Screams from the Barn, From Ashes to Shadows, and the short-story collection This Isn’t Real, Is It? When I’m not writing something disturbing, you’ll usually find me reading horror or fantasy, building questionable houses in The Sims, heading to rock festivals, or thinking up another innocent little “what if?” that inevitably turns into something horrifying. I write for readers who like their stories dark, strange, psychological, and just believable enough to make them wonder: what if this could actually happen?
