Origin Andromeda: Shattered Peace
About the book
Book Three in the Origin Andromeda Trilogy Zuood is sealed. The galaxy is on the brink. The war was supposed to be over. Instead, the planet Zuood has vanished behind an impenetrable forcefield—an anomaly beyond known science and powerful enough to ignite another conflict across the galaxy. Rumours spread of an unknown power behind the barrier. The truth is far more dangerous. Henrik Harlacker, battle-worn and scarred by everything the rebellion has cost him, gathers his crew for one final mission: uncover what is happening on Zuood and decide whether the shield must be destroyed. Beyond it, something ancient is stirring. An intelligence woven into the fabric of the cosmos itself. A power capable of ending the conflict—or reshaping existence on a scale no one can comprehend. As old alliances fracture, political tensions rise, and long-buried secrets emerge, Henrik faces the most dangerous choice of his life. Break the barrier and risk unleashing something beyond their control. Or leave Zuood sealed and watch fear, suspicion, and military escalation drag the galaxy back into war. There are no clean victories left. Only choices. And consequences that could echo across countless worlds. Origin Andromeda: Shattered Peace is the epic conclusion to the trilogy—a character-driven space opera of alien civilizations, cosmic mysteries, political conflict, artificial intelligence, ancient powers, fragile alliances, and the consequences of leadership. If The Beginning was about becoming a leader, and Insurrection was about surviving the cost, Shattered Peace is about deciding what the galaxy is allowed to become. The fate of empires. The truth behind the rebellion. The end of the Origin Andromeda saga.

About the author
I’m Christoffer Vuolo Junros, a Swedish author and development engineer. My life tends to move between two worlds: engineering things that exist and writing about worlds that don’t. By day, I work on the development of electric trucks and buses, combining engineering, problem-solving, and a fascination with complex systems. Outside of engineering, I write science fiction and speculative stories about people caught inside systems far larger than themselves. I believe deeply in human rights, equality, and the equal value of every human life. Those beliefs inevitably shape my writing. My stories often reflect humanity’s struggles with power, oppression, injustice, prejudice, technology, colonialism, and the structures we create to control one another. Science fiction gives me a way to move those struggles somewhere else—to another city, another planet, another century—and then look back at ourselves from a different angle. Sometimes the technology changes. Humanity rarely does. I’m the author of the Origin Andromeda science-fiction series, the writing guide WRITE: The Essential Mini-Guide to Books and Storytelling, and now The Delay, my stand-alone science-fiction noir. When I’m not writing or engineering, I’m usually travelling, working on some new project, building something unnecessarily complicated, or already thinking about the next story.
