Nightly Noise Vol. 1

About the book

Be Kind, Rewind The magic of the memory comes from how no one notices the individual days, just the nightly noise until the sound is gone. Nostalgia, saudade, reminiscence, whatever you want to call it, we're bringing back that longing for a little browsing. The way we used to find the right mood for some Friday fun down tape-filled aisles and candy-stocked drawers. Plastic love and a plastic beat, that's what's waiting in a short film or feature-length promise. Then one sun sets, another rises, and we're already stepping into a new year. The days are slow, but the years are fast. That's where these stories are waiting to be told. The archive of this collection picks up that spirit and welcomes you home with pages of sharp, resonant, high-definition flash fiction. A literary mirror to reality in genre defiant narratives: Philosophical Fantasy Dark Science Fiction Passionate Despair These short stories are bound to leave you wondering about your own life and our own world.
