I'm M. Bauwens, and I write psychological suspense, mysteries, and crime thrillers filled with secrets, complicated characters, and unexpected twists. My books include *Before She Was Mine*, *The Man She Dreamed*, and *The Toe Tag Killer*, the first book in my Raelyn Brenner thriller series. I love creating characters who don't always make the best decisions, putting them in situations they never expected, and seeing just how far they'll go to uncover the truth. When I'm not writing, I'm usually thinking about the next story, the next mystery, or what kind of trouble my characters are going to get themselves into.
