I write YA fantasy about ordinary teenagers getting pulled into things much bigger and stranger than they expected. My first novel, Liam Monroe and the Symphony of Shadows, is the opening book in The Arcanis Chronicles. I’m currently working on the second book in the series, Liam Monroe and the Silent Chorus. I’ve always loved stories that combine mystery, adventure, humor, and characters who feel like real people even when everything around them gets decidedly unreal. My books are written for younger readers, but also for anyone who grew up loving the feeling of discovering a hidden world just beyond the ordinary one.
